1. How do I purchase tickets for an event?

Tickets for Roll On! A Gospel Musical can be purchased online via your desktop, laptop, tablet or any mobile device.  Click here to purchase your tickets. You may also purchase tickets on the day of the show at THEARC Theater Box Office.  The box office will close 30 minutes before showtime.  Tickets on the day of the show are subject to availability and you may not be able to choose your seat.

3. Can I buy tickets at the door on the day of the event?​

Yes.  You can purchase tickets on the day of the show at the box office.  The box office will close 30 minutes before showtime.  Tickets on the day of the show are subject to availability and you may not be able to choose your seat. 4. When do the doors open for a show?​​

Doors for Roll On! A Gospel Musical open 30 minutes before each showtime.  We recommend arriving no later than 15 minutes before showtime.  Please note:  some show dates may include a pre-show experience that you do not want to miss.  Therefore, we recommend arriving no later than 45 minutes before the curtain rise.

5. How long is the musical?

The musical is approximately 145 minutes with a fifteen-minute intermission.  

6. Where can I park?

THEARC Theater has limited parking for patrons during the weekdays but ample free parking on the weekends. The surrounding neighborhood also has free street parking that patrons may use. If you plan to take the Metro or park at Southern Avenue Metro Station, you can submit a request no later than 24 hours in advance of the show start time to have our complimentary shuttle service pick you up from the metro.

7. When is the shuttle service available?

The complimentary shuttle service is provided by request only. All requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the show you plan to attend via email to rollon@rollonproductions.com. When requested, the shuttle will run between Southern Avenue Metro Station and THEARC Theater, starting 45 minutes prior to the curtain and ending 45 minutes following the curtain call.

8. Are masks required to attend Roll On! A Gospel Musical?​​​​

Yes. All theater-goers attending Roll On! A Gospel Musical are required to wear a mask to prevent the possible spread of COVID-19.  Don’t worry if you forgot yours- we will have face masks available at the door.

9. Can I get refund if I am no longer able to attend?​​​​

All tickets are final sale and non refundable. Exchanges for another show date are possible if seats are still available.
